Jeff Sirard Ranked as One of the Nation’s Top Loan Originators

Jeff Sirard

COSTA MESA, CA (April 9, 2019) – New Jersey-based residential mortgage lender First Choice Loan Services Inc., a Berkshire Bank Company today announced that Loan Originator Jeff Sirard is listed as a Scotsman Guide 2018 Top Originator. Sirard ranks for Top Dollar Volume with closings of 210 loans and producing over $65 million in volume.

Based on his loan production volume in 2018, Sirard earned his spot from over 5,200 submissions from mortgage professionals across the country. After receiving submissions, Scotsman Guide required written verification of top entrants’ volume data from a certified public accountant, the chief financial officer at the originator’s company or a similar source. Scotsman Guide, the leading resource for mortgage originators, released its tenth annual Top Originators rankings in the April 2019 residential edition, and the rankings are available online at http://www.scotsmanguide.com/Rankings/Top-Originators-2018/.

“The work that I do is highly rewarding. Helping my home buyers and homeowners reach their long-term financial goals by guiding them through the mortgage process is an honor. I deeply value the trust they place in me to help them make the most of the dream of home ownership,” said Sirard. “Accolades such as this are wonderful milestones in my career and further motivate me to provide service beyond belief to all of my borrowing families. Their satisfaction and happiness is my ultimate goal.”

Senior Vice President of Consumer Direct Bill Schneider is excited for Sirard to be featured in this way.

“Not only has Jeff earned this spot on the list for Top Dollar Volume by the Scotsman Guide, but he also appears among the Top 1% of Mortgage Originators in 2018 by Mortgage Executive Magazine. These acknowledgements are wonderful reflections of his professionalism and the incredible mortgage experiences he provides his clients,” said Schneider. “Jeff consistently ranks as one of our company’s top producers. In fact, this year, he was the top performing loan originator company wide. We’re proud of this production, but we’re even more proud of the glowing reviews he receives from his clients. Their positive words clearly show Jeff is one of the best loan originators in the industry, and we are so glad he calls First Choice Loan Services his professional home.”
