Sue Milligan Joins First Choice Loan Services Inc.

Sue Milligan | Certified Reverse Mortgage Professional | NMLS #: 89580

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ (April 3, 2019) – New Jersey-based residential mortgage lender First Choice Loan Services Inc., a Berkshire Bank Company announces the addition of Sue Milligan based in Metairie, Louisiana.  Having earned the title of “Certified Reverse Mortgage Professional,” she has focused her business on providing reverse mortgages for homeowners over the age of 62.

Starting her career in the banking industry in 1982, Milligan transitioned to a mortgage loan originator in 1996, previously working for Gulf Coast Bank and Trust and Indymac Bank. For the past 12 years, she has concentrating on serving senior homeowners.

There were several reasons Milligan chose to join First Choice Loan Services.

“My primary goal is to bring awareness and education to customers on how important the reverse mortgage program is for the senior population. With over 10,000 baby boomers turning 65 every day over the next 12 years, it is extremely vital to have tools in place to help this aging population discover the benefits of a reverse mortgage in their golden years,” said Milligan. “With the outstanding operations teams at First Choice Loan Services, we will help senior homeowners live financially independent with financial freedom, fulfillment and flexibility!”

First Choice Loan Services’ Executive Vice President of National Production James Iley is very happy about the addition of Milligan.

“Sue’s dedication to senior homeowners is remarkable. Her passion led her through three years of training and education in the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association’s certification program to become Louisiana’s first and only Certified Reverse Mortgage Professional. This type of commitment is unparalleled,” said Iley. “Sue’s professional excellence and unwavering steadfastness to provide service beyond belief blends perfectly with the values and culture of First Choice Loan Services. We look forward to supporting Sue as she continues to provide seamless reverse mortgage experiences for so many.”

A native of Metairie, Louisiana, Milligan attended Cabrini High School and Nichols State University before transferring to the University of New Orleans. In addition to spending time with her husband and daughters, in her spare time, she enjoys teaching dance and coaching track and field. Milligan can be reached at sue.milligan@fcloans.com or by calling (504) 236-3663.
